December 2025 5.00My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Kippal. The location was great. The apartment was clean and we always had hot water (seems to never happen when I book Airbnbs in Mexico!). The beds were super comfy. We loved the roof top pool and the bartender made fabulous margaritas. They provided a pack n play for our baby to sleep in, which she loved. The host always checked in on us to make sure we had everything and brought us water and extra toilet paper promptly. It was also a huge plus that they offered daily light cleaning - swept our floors, made our bed, and put away our towels. It was a great price for everything we got. Not to mention the light breakfast in the morning was tasty! I’m only sad I didn’t check it out earlier during our week stay. We visit the island quite a bit and I think we’ve finally found our forever vacation apartment. We will definitely be back!

September 2025 5.00This is a beautiful apartment in a nice building. It’s very well run and the hosts are responsive, friendly, prompt and helpful. It’s well designed and comfortable for foreigners used to all the luxuries- good AC, cold drinking water, full cooking amenities, well maintained facilities. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and even has a team member there to make cocktails if you desire. It’s very central and walkable to the beach and shops, taxis are very affordable within centro if you’d rather not walk. Because of the central location you may hear cars passing or dogs barking in the distance but it wasn’t an issue for us at all. A light breakfast was even provided daily and a fun foosball/pool/air hockey table in the lobby. We would gladly return and are so grateful to our hosts who made us feel so comfortable and welcome! Andy y Mike siempre estuvieron muy atentos y todo el equipo de trabajo de recepción también, aclararon todas nuestras dudas y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente en ningún sentido. Recomiendo ampliamente tanto las instalaciones como el servicio de sus administradores. Mi familia y yo quedamos muy contentos con la estadía. Regresaremos pronto
